WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW
FROM a (very) small-town upbringing to an international career as an educator, speaker, and leadership coach, Lynsy’s path has been anything but conventional—and never accidental. Growing up in a high school with just 70 students offered little preparation for becoming a first-generation college graduate, navigating graduate school, or stepping confidently into leadership on a global stage. Yet through every pivot, setback, and breakthrough, Lynsy learned to do what she now teaches others: adapt, persevere, and grow with intention. She credits every high and low with leading her to her purpose—and she has been living that purpose ever since.
AMBITION has always been part of Lynsy’s DNA. As a child, that drive showed up as a (surprisingly viable) rock-selling business, unofficial speed trials on her dad’s riding lawn mower, and a determination to run for president of nearly every club her small high school had to offer. Not every experiment was a success—but every one of them revealed something essential: when Lynsy commits, she goes all in.
THAT same ambition followed her into adulthood, even as her goals became less defined. As a first-generation college student, Lynsy knew she wanted to make a meaningful impact, but she wasn’t yet sure what that would look like. After graduating and entering her first “real” job, clarity arrived in an unexpected place—while volunteering with her sorority. Through coaching conversations with undergraduate women in her chapter, Lynsy discovered the throughline that had always guided her: empowering others to lead with confidence, purpose, and clarity. Leadership coaching wasn’t just a career option—it was a calling.
SINCE earning her master’s degree in Educational Policy and Leadership, Lynsy has built a career grounded in leadership education and human development. Her professional journey has included working on a college campus, serving at a fraternity headquarters, and now educating and supporting volunteer leaders within an international nonprofit organization. Across roles, industries, and audiences, Lynsy has uncovered universal patterns—both inspiring and challenging—that transcend titles, generations, and backgrounds. These insights form the backbone of the dynamic, relatable messages she delivers today.
THROUGH it all, Lynsy has shared her work with audiences in 35 states, 7 countries, and more than 50 college campuses—and counting. Her talks on intentional leadership, navigating possibility, and living with purpose have resonated with over 15,000 individuals to date. Now, she brings those same powerful conversations to you—inviting audiences not just to listen, but to reflect, engage, and lead differently the moment they leave the room.
